Postcrossing – Philippines and Postcrossing Enthusiasts in Facebook met last November 23, 2011 at the Manila Central Post Office Museum. It was a grand time! Though I did not stay that long or until the group dispersed but I was still able to make special bonding with them.
My own camera died on me before I reached the venue but then I was saved by a friend. But since time was so limited, my shots were not as much as those who have stayed until later. So, allow me to share what I grabbed from meet-up albums posted at Postcrossing Enthusiasts.

It’s called museum because it is actually the old post office.
The MANILA CENTRAL POST OFFICE
looks so grand!
So grand indeed!
The windows to the right are the windows where they entertain the customers.

Tokens!
Fairly divided among us.
I got the one with a black postcard showing a native earrings
Postcrossers busy signing postcards
Postcrossers busy swapping
All of us have cards that are signed by those present to be shared or to be swapped with other postcrossers around the world.
It was really great to meet up with them after less than one year being acquainted in Facebook. Personally, I wish i had a longer time with them. But since it was not so, I will keep wishing for another meet up next year. Hopefully. Reason: I have not toured the whole of the post office and I wanna do that next time. I want to have my pic taken infront of the grand building and also beside the statue of the Philpost mascot.

I am not there and I so envy them.
